Otherwise, for all other appointments, upon arrival, wear a face covering, park in a numbered parking spot and call the office @ 860-653-4526 to relay your location. If you are unable to get through on that line, or if you have a late or early morning appointment, try calling 860-653-5307. Staff will meet you at your vehicle, do an additional COVID screen and then bring you directly to an exam room. No one waits in the exam room.

Many patients have already enjoyed a telehealth virtual visit. Our office is using the secure HIPAA compliant program doxy.me, i.e., https://doxy.me . This is similar to doing face time on your phone, but uses a secure connection. You will need a computer (that uses Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser) or an
android (that uses Chrome) or an iPhone or iPad (that uses Safari). Your device needs to have the ability to receive e-mail, have a working camera and microphone. The connection works well. Be sure that if using android, iPhone
or iPad that, in "settings", find your browser, then find "camera" and set it to "allow" or "ask" to turn on the camera. Also, be sure that your computer browser supports your
