We are pleased to announce that East Granby Family Practice will migrated last year in Septmber 2023 to a new Electronic Medical Records software. After over 18 years, we made the decision to migrate away from Practice Partner, and begin a new journey with AthenaHealth.
This means a new software for all our staff to learn. From the doctors who you see and trust, to the nursing staff, who takes such great care of all our patients, to the office staff who helps make your appointments and is your first point of contact here, we will all be learning something new. We ask everybody to be extra patient with us while we are working through this transition.
For you as a patient, this will mean your experience here in the office will change and be enhanced. You will have an improved patient portal to access your protected health information, while maintaining and improving your experience. Please take a moment to go ahead and set up your new account and verify the information that we have on file for you.
